Microblading places fine, hair-like pigment strokes through the brow to rebuild shape, fill gaps and frame the face, with results that look like better brows, not makeup.
Shape is mapped and agreed with you before any pigment is placed, and numbing is included so the appointment is comfortable.
Published, GST-inclusive, no surprises.
Healed results vary with skin type; oily skin softens strokes faster and may need more frequent touch-ups.
Microblading may suit clients wanting to add the appearance of fine hair strokes, improve gaps or create greater brow definition. Results depend on natural hair, skin type, oil production, pigment retention and aftercare.
It is not necessarily the best technique for every skin. Oily or highly porous skin may soften strokes more quickly, while previous cosmetic tattoo pigment can limit the result. In some cases, another brow-tattoo technique or no treatment may be recommended.
Before treatment, we discuss:
Patch or sensitivity testing may be recommended according to the products and protocol used. Final shape is mapped and approved before pigment placement.
Brows typically look darker and more defined immediately after treatment. During healing, colour can appear uneven, soften or temporarily seem lighter before it settles. Flaking or small crusts may occur and should not be picked.
Follow aftercare instructions about cleansing, moisture, makeup, exercise, swimming, sun exposure and active skin care. A healed review or touch-up may be recommended after the skin has completed its initial recovery.
Possible risks include infection, allergic reaction, uneven pigment, colour change, scarring and dissatisfaction with shape. Cosmetic tattooing should be viewed as long-lasting rather than easily reversible.
Shape, colour and symmetry are designed with you and agreed before starting.
Included, applied and given time to work.
Fine strokes are placed following your natural hair pattern.
Brows soften as they heal; a touch-up refines the final result.
Brows appear darker for the first week and soften as they heal over 4 to 6 weeks. Keep them dry initially and follow aftercare closely.
Typically 12 to 24 months depending on skin type and sun exposure, with touch-ups extending the result.
With numbing included, most people describe light scratching pressure.
Shape is mapped and approved by you before pigment is placed, nothing proceeds until you're happy in the mirror.
Healed brows stay sharp with gentle care and daily SPF.
