We ship professional skin-care orders within Australia.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched from our South Melbourne clinic. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Costs and timing. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Click and collect. You are welcome to collect your order from the clinic at 175 Wells Street, South Melbourne during opening hours — select collection at checkout or call us to arrange.

Issues. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at southmelbourne@neoskin.com.au and we will put it right in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
