What we collect. Contact details you provide (name, phone, email), appointment and booking information, and — where you attend the clinic — health information relevant to safe treatment, collected with your consent.
How we use it. To provide and manage appointments and treatments, communicate with you about your care, process purchases, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates. We do not sell personal information.
Health information. Clinical records are handled as health information under Australian law, stored securely, and accessed only by clinicians and staff involved in your care.
Third parties. Bookings are processed through our booking provider; online purchases through our ecommerce provider. These providers store data under their own privacy policies. We share information only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.
